Established in Tokyo, Japan in 2009, The Bolat Group is a Connecticut-based company that leverages public sector experience and a global business network to provide comprehensive business development solutions with a metrics-based, customer-centric approach.  Our company's founder, Jean-Pierre “JP” Bolat, is a 20-yr Navy Veteran and Naval Flight Officer.  Upon retiring from the Navy, he headed up Public Sector business development at Oracle Corporation Japan and has since worked extensively as a leader and consultant in the Aerospace & Defense, Cyber-Security, and Manufacturing industries.  JP particularly enjoys helping start-ups and mid-stage companies grow to the next level.  A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he earned his MS in Astronautical Engineering at the Naval Postgraduate School, and his MBA from the Fox School of Business, Temple University.
